Highly recommended, and you can still touch your own walls afterward.

The dainty espresso cup and gdgt-stickered iPhone belong to the man half of this home.
This bowl of olives in no way represents anything about me, nor do I have any grand theses to declare based on its presence. It was just pretty.
I know, I was stupid for not trying it sooner. Now I finally have a second game for the PS3 that I'm obsessed with (the first is SingStar). I like to play.
Continuing Mike's gadget compulsion (evidence here and here), this Nokia N810 is his latest goodie. Do I get what it does? No I do not. But it's mounted in the living room and displays the weather and an RSS Feed, and I'm told that it's supposed to also control our iTunes. This means I'm sort of close to fulfilling my in-home jukebox dream.
Now this is a HOT Friday night. Hopefully to be repeated tonight.

I'm in the habit of declaring what ever flower I've brought home to be my favorite flower ever. I'm not about to break the habit now, so here it is: peonies are my favorite flower ever!
Mike says the not-yet-opened flowers look like baby fists. That's disturbing but I like it.
I've retired my glass vase remote system after an overenthusiastic night involving hot wings and homemade beer left it cracked. We actually bought this tray from CB2 thinking it would be a little bed for Netflixes inside our TV credenza, but when it didn't fit, it got a new, very important job: remote bitch.
This is my new pendant lamp shade — it's white with a subtle pattern and it seems kinda boring, but I think it's a good straight man to the new wacky green chairs.
Here is my temporary solution for my lack-of-dream-chairs situation. I've had my eye on these Ikea chairs for a long time, but didn't have the outdoor area for them. I adapted them for indoor, thinking how Kartell stuff (AKA plastic design royalty) is in such high esteem, you know?
The plan is that I'll continue to look for some amazing chairs for the table, and then stack these somewhere else for extra seating. ALTHOUGH. I kind of like them more than the Danish wooden chairs I was looking for. What ta do!
